If there are vacancies indicated below, please contact the Board for more information on running. There are 316 condos that rely on expertise, experience, and dedication to ensure the operation of the association and positive ROI. This is a responsibility the board does not take lightly but it is also extremely rewarding.

Terms for individual board members are three years, on a rotating schedule. Open elections are held at each Annual General Membership Meeting in September. Mid-term vacancies filled by majority vote of remaining board members.
David Stevens has a strong background in IT, which will be a great benefit to the association.
Joe is a longtime resident of Cromwell Hills and lives on Redwood Ct. He has served our Board honorably for over 30 years, and is on the wetlands committee in the town. We are lucky to benefit from his wealth of experience!
Donna Vahlstrom is the association's secretary. Donna brings experience and her years of condo ownership to the board of directors. Her longtime career in the fragrance industry provides her the skill set to be able to tackle problems head-on and make the most of all situations for everyone's benefit.
Dave lives on Pine Ct and is a hard working man who brings us many good ideas and enthusiasm. He truly wants what's best for this community.
Joe is a fairly new resident to Cromwell Hills and enjoys time at home with his wife and child. He works for an Engineering firm and brings a lot of enthusiasm and competence to the Board.
Gregg has lived in Cromwell Hills since 1994, and has been a longtime board member. He is a certified architect and civil designer, and has been a mantanence manager for large residential apartment complexes for over 28 years.
