Board of Directors

The board of directors is a group of condo owners who volunteer their time to make sure the association operates in a responsible and fiscally sound fashion, ensuring the best community for all residents.  Email The Board

If there are vacancies indicated below, please contact the Board for more information on running.  There are 316 condos that rely on expertise, experience, and dedication to ensure the operation of the association and positive ROI.  This is a responsibility the board does not take lightly but it is also extremely rewarding.

Terms for individual board members are three years, on a rotating schedule.  Open elections are held at each Annual General Membership Meeting in September.  Mid-term vacancies filled by majority vote of remaining board members.
